IFS FOOD
IFS Food (International Featured Standard Food) certification is an internationally recognized standard for food safety, quality of production processes and compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
What it guarantees:
- Production of safe food that complies with current industry regulations;
- High standards of hygiene, traceability, risk management (including HACCP system) and process control;
- Periodic checks through audits conducted by accredited bodies.

Kosher
Kosher certification certifies that a food product complies with Jewish laws (kashrut) by checking ingredients, production process, tools used, distinguishing between categories such as meat, dairy, etc.
What it requires:
- Check that all raw materials are “kosher” or compatible with the laws of kashrut;
- No cross-contamination with non-kosher products or utensils;

- The production process (cleaning, equipment, production lines) must ensure that contact with Haram substances does not occur;
